Bad Experience (please read this first!)

Just the facts: -I waited for Amy for OVER 30 minutes. -The office is a "virtual office" where the conference rooms and receptionist are shared with other companies. -Kossoris Search DID NOT VALIDATE my parking. I had to pay parking out of pocket. -When Amy Kossoris finally came out into the waiting area, there were 4 other people waiting for her! Some said that they had been waiting for over 40 minutes! -What Amy Kossoris was wearing was not what most people would consider "business attire". -She was compaining about her headache. -I emailed her with the invoice for the visit, travel and diagnosis, something we charge all clients. -She emailed back saying that she would not pay because she didn't have a written agreement with me and that she has not hired me. (I was called in by her assistant whom I assume was instructed by Amy Kossoris. All of our pricing info is on our website.) -In the email she mentioned that she would have her lawyers contact me if I were to write negative feedback here for "slander" or "extortion" (extortion because I want to get payed for my visit and reimbursed for my time, travel and parking?)
